About David

With deep family roots in real estate and a strong connection to Sarnia–Lambton, David brings a well-rounded perspective to helping clients buy and sell. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, he became a licensed REALTOR® in 2012. He spent eight years serving clients in Kitchener–Waterloo before returning to Lambton County in 2020 to be closer to family.

As the son of a local builder, David grew up around residential and commercial development. Today, he works alongside his father on the planning and development of a new residential subdivision, offering clients valuable insight into both resale homes and new construction.

Community & Leadership

David’s commitment to real estate extends beyond his work with clients. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Sarnia–Lambton Association of REALTORS® and chairs its Political Action and Governance Committees, helping strengthen professionalism within the industry.

Outside of work, David enjoys boating, fishing, paddleboarding, and spending time with family at their cottage on Fawn Island. His connection to the region gives him a personal appreciation for the lifestyle that makes Sarnia–Lambton a special place to call home.
