After you have seen properties on the market, and get an idea for what you are looking for and the actual price of that style of house, we start to look at houses that you actually would be interested in purchasing. This is typically seamless from the Market Education stage and most people don’t really realize that this is what they are doing. When looking for these houses, it is a good idea to keep an eye on more fine details. You already should know the neighbourhood and style are good for you, but now it is time to look at the finer details.
As you are going through the house, focus on smaller details of the finishes, ages of the major components of a house, and think about room sizes, furniture layout and other aspects of actual living in the home.
