After taking a look online and getting a feel for what is on the market, the next step is to call a Realtor. If you know a Realtor that you want to work with, you will probably call them. If not, you will often call  the listing agent of a property that you want to see, in order to book a showing. This can be a good way of meeting a Realtor for the first time, but it isn’t the most productive way to find a Realtor that you want to work with.

In this video, I go through the steps to find a Realtor that you are happy with and provide some questions you should be asking to help you decide if this is the person that you want to work with. Remember, you are thinking of hiring someone for a job, and the best way of doing that is to interview them! Ask to meet at their office or at your home and go through all of their services.
